Message	modified stock shifters can place the bottom of the shifter dangerously close to the driveshaft. This can snag on the balancing weights welded to the driveshaft under certain circumstances. When I replaced my stock driveshaft with a Z1 single piece, the shifter hit the balancing weights. I thought it was an issue with my nismo tranny mount, so I swapped in a brand new OEM mount, and the problem persisted. I ended up having to sell my Woody and buy an ebay Stillen knockoff in order to use the DS.
